Terms and Conditions

Rooms are held provisionally for a period of 7 days. Once a deposit is received the booking is then deemed confirmed.
Rooms are available from 2pm on the day of arrival until 10am on the morning of departure. Guests arriving after 6pm are kindly requested to advise of late arrival or the room may be re-let.

The charge for any meals not taken cannot be refunded.
No refunds will be made for late arrival, early departure or temporary absence.

Guests acting in an unreasonable manner, including smoking on the premises, or evidence found that smoking has taken place, will have their stay terminated immediately without refund or compensation.  All direct or indirect costs incurred, by the proprietors, in the removal of the smell of smoke, including compensation, if the bedrooms can not be re-let, will be sought by the proprietors from the person signing the booking conditions.

In the event of any cancellation or curtailment, should the accommodation not be re-let, the person whose signature appears on the Booking Form will be liable to pay for the total cost as per the reservation, less an allowance for food and service. Deposits are non refundable. If the deposit has been paid using a credit card authorised account number, then any payment due, owing to cancellation, will also be made on this account number by the proprietor.

All accounts must be settled before departure. Cheques above the limit of a banker’s card will only be accepted by prior arrangement.

Sorry, pets cannot be accommodated.

The proprietors reserve the right to amend, curtail or terminate any contract should the conduct of any person who is a part to that contract cause any detriment to the hotel or to the well being or comfort of other guests.
By booking this holiday you have entered into a legally binding contract with this establishment, under the terms and conditions as detailed above.
